Shipping Policy
Complimentary Delivery
Customers with orders above S$1000 will enjoy complimentary delivery to a single location in Singapore. The delivery is limited to a first-storey area or location that is accessible with appropriate lift access. Customers should ensure that there is safe and ready access to the location of where the bench is placed to have enough clearance, free of other furniture to ensure smooth delivery.
Special Delivery Locations
Where delivery access is limited, we may need to arrange special haulage or crane transport for delivery to the location. Special deliveries will be charged accordingly by the logistics company. Scheduled Delivery
Our team will contact you one week in advance prior to the delivery date and time.
For any changes in delivery schedule, we will need to have a confirmation at least 24 hrs. For last minute changes in delivery schedule, there will be an additional $50 charge for the logistics company to make schedule changes.
Staircase Delivery
Locations which require delivery via staircase will be chargeable at $80 per storey, limited to 4-storey.
Receiving
Please ensure that someone you trust is present within your scheduled delivery window, to receive and inspect your order. All delivery damage claims must be submitted on receipt of the item. Damage claims submitted after the delivery team has left the premises will not be accepted.
